[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So do not despise small beginnings.

[00:00:05] [SPEAKER_00]: God cares so much for you that he does not want you to quit or give up in whatever you're

[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_00]: currently starting to do with him.

[00:00:15] [SPEAKER_00]: So we're all starting a new season in this year and we're all beginning new things.

[00:00:25] [SPEAKER_00]: We all have assignments for the Lord.

[00:00:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And tonight is a brand new assignment for this whole fellowship.

[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_00]: And he wants us to know that we're going to face opposition in life.

[00:00:41] [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to face pushback, discouragement, disappointment and anxiety when you begin

[00:00:49] [SPEAKER_00]: to do something that the enemy does not want you to do.

[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_00]: How many of you have realized that when you start to do something for God, you will know

[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_00]: it because the enemy will push back.

[00:01:04] [SPEAKER_00]: The enemy will try to discourage you and try to get you to doubt.

[00:01:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Did God really say to do this or not?

[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_00]: You know?

[00:01:14] [SPEAKER_00]: So the solution is to press through the pain and other feelings that may arise.

[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And be so secure in God that you do it anyway, not letting the enemy cheat you out of your

[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_00]: chance to be faithful to God and to glorify him.

[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_00]: So the enemy wants to cheat us out of our assignment, out of our blessings, out of our health, out

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: of our prosperity, out of divine supernatural connections with people that will open doors

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_00]: in our lives.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_00]: He wants to cheat us out of business opportunities.

[00:02:00] [SPEAKER_00]: He wants to steal, kill and destroy.

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Isn't that what John 10-10 says the enemy comes?

[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_00]: To steal, kill and destroy.

[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_00]: But Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: So God wants us to always remember to not despise small beginnings.

[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Know that God sees and knows everything.

[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Do you know a lot of people are deceived and they don't realize that God sees them?

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_00]: 24-7.

[00:02:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you might think your cell phone's monitoring you and maybe the government or someone else

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_00]: is monitoring you.

[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_00]: But God is the ultimate monitor because he created you, he loves you, and he watches

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_00]: over you because he wants to protect you.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_00]: He sees your insecurities, your doubts and the pain you're experiencing.

[00:02:55] [SPEAKER_00]: You can't pull anything past God.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, God wants you to grow, to be enlarged and overcome all the obstacles in life as you're

[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_00]: led by His Holy Spirit.

[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_00]: That's why Jesus sent the Holy Spirit so that we could have victory in every area.

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Anything we have need of, we can ask the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us into

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: all truth and the Holy Spirit will reveal the Word of God and will show us our destiny,

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_00]: our purpose, and which way we should take.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, too many people don't rely enough on leading of the Holy Spirit today.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_00]: The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_00]: That's Proverbs 15-3.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_00]: So the eyes of the Lord are in every place.

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Remember the song, no matter what depths you go down to, you are there, Lord.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_00]: You can't go any place in the universe or in the world where it's too far away from God

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: to see you and to be there.

[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_00]: All you need to do is call out to Him and He will answer.

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_00]: God searches the whole earth looking for a man or a woman who will be found faithful to Him.

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_00]: See Zechariah 4-10.

[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_00]: So God's looking for faithfulness in the world.

[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_00]: For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth

[00:04:31] [SPEAKER_00]: to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him.

[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_00]: 2 Chronicles 16-9.

[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_00]: So the Lord is looking for people who are aligned with Him,

[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_00]: who are faithful to Him, who are hungry and thirsting after His righteousness,

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_00]: who want to see His perfect will done on earth as it is in heaven.

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Be willing to ask and allow God to purify your heart so that your life may glorify Him.

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_00]: So ask Him first before you do anything in life when you feel God's leading you.

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Remember we're talking about do not despise small beginnings.

[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_00]: So be willing to ask and allow God to purify your heart.

[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_00]: You know as in Psalms 51 where David said,

[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_00]: create me a clean heart O God and renew a right spirit within me.

[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Cast me not away from Thy presence and restore a right spirit within me.

[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_00]: You know we should cry out to Him every day.

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Purify me Lord.

[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_00]: Get rid of all the junk that I've accumulated walking through this life

[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_00]: that the enemy has tried to waylai me with.

[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Your life should be a living example continually demonstrating that you believe God.

[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_00]: That's really what life's about because you please God when you believe in

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_00]: God and also when you believe His word.

[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_00]: If God said it, you can believe, trust and expect that He will bring it to pass

[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_00]: in His perfect timing.

[00:06:20] [SPEAKER_00]: See that's where we get waylaid.

[00:06:23] [SPEAKER_00]: The enemy said, did God really say or did God forget you?

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, did He really promise something to you?

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes He did.

[00:06:33] [SPEAKER_00]: And as long as you hold on in faith to that promise without wavering, without shaking,

[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: you will be stable.

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_00]: You will not be tossed around to and fro.

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_00]: God gives you the opportunity to show that you believe Him

[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_00]: and that you'll be faithful to Him.

[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_00]: This life is a time of testing.

[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_00]: You know every trial that you go through is a test to see if you'll depend on God

[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_00]: and on His word.

[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_00]: You know?

[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_00]: So have confidence in this.

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_00]: If God is for us, who can be against us?

[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Romans 8.31.

[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_00]: So if God is for us, who can be against us?

[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_00]: That you should write that on your heart and say, Lord, if you're with us,

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_00]: you know, in other scriptures I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_00]: So if God's for us, who can be against us?

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Anything that says it's going to destroy us, kill us, steal from us, that's a lie.

[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And that's of the devil because God is for us.

[00:07:49] [SPEAKER_00]: If you commit your thoughts and your plans to the Lord, you will succeed

[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_00]: as long as you keep your faith in the Lord.

[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_00]: So success is guaranteed.

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's looking for success in life.

[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_00]: They want to succeed, but we just need to commit our thoughts and our plans to the Lord.

[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_00]: First, get the Lord's plans for your life.

[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't go after your own reasoning, but say, Lord, pray about it, get the sermon,

[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_00]: ask for revelation from God.

[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_00]: And then once you, your thoughts align with God's thoughts

[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_00]: and his plans, you will succeed because all of heaven will back up those plans that God spoke to you.

[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Amen?

[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Commit your works to the Lord and your thoughts will be established.

[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Proverbs 16-3.

[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_00]: So as we commit our thoughts and our ways and our plans to the Lord,

[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_00]: our thoughts will be established.

[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_00]: They will come to pass.

[00:08:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Guard your thoughts by only thinking on things that are holy and right

[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_00]: and are pleasing to the Lord.

[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_00]: That's your job because the enemy loves to try to interject his thoughts

[00:09:10] [SPEAKER_00]: and evil thoughts and deceptive thoughts.

[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_00]: So when you see that, say, no, that's not my thought.

[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_00]: I rebuked that in Jesus' name.

[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't receive that thought.

[00:09:21] [SPEAKER_00]: So guard your thoughts.

[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Be a guard.

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Purity of thought is essential.

[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_00]: When you cast your cares upon the Lord, you are not to be anxious over anything.

[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_00]: How many of us at times have gotten anxious over things and worried about things?

[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Fear will cause anxiety.

[00:09:45] [SPEAKER_00]: The scripture says,

[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication,

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_00]: with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God,

[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_00]: and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts

[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_00]: and minds through Christ Jesus.

[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_00]: That's Philippians 4, 6 through 7.

[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_00]: So if we will be anxious over nothing,

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_00]: not let fears or anxiety come in,

[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_00]: but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving.

[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_00]: So no matter what we're going through, we should thank him,

[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_00]: pray, honor him, worship him, let our request be made known to God.

[00:10:40] [SPEAKER_00]: He already knows our request, but he wants us to speak his word.

[00:10:44] [SPEAKER_00]: If he's given us a prophetic word, prophetic promise, destiny,

[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_00]: say God, you said that this would come to pass.

[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Now I don't want to know when it's happening,

[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_00]: but I believe it is going to happen and you're going to fulfill your word

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_00]: because it's impossible for you to lie, God.

[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And I hold fast to the unchanging word of God.

[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_00]: I will not waver in my faith.

[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_00]: I will call it in and believe it until it manifests from the spiritual realm into the earth.

[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Cast down all fear and doubts, being fully persuaded that God loves you.

[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, one of the lies of the enemy is that God doesn't love you,

[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_00]: but that's false.

[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_00]: So you know that God loves you.

[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_00]: You know he's a rewarder of those that diligently seek him.

[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You know that if you seek first his kingdom and his righteousness,

[00:11:45] [SPEAKER_00]: all things shall be added unto us.

[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_00]: You know that if you trust in the Lord with all your heart

[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_00]: and lean not onto your own understanding,

[00:11:53] [SPEAKER_00]: if you acknowledge him in all your ways, he shall direct your path.

[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_00]: So we have a guarantee.

[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_00]: There's not much that's a guarantee in this life.

[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_00]: The stock market's not a guarantee.

[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Finances aren't a guarantee,

[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_00]: but God's word and his promises are true.

[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_00]: They're yes and amen.

[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: So know that and be fully persuaded that God loves you

[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_00]: and that he will protect you and provide for you.

[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's God's job to provide for us.

[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_00]: He's our provider.

[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_00]: We just need to be children and just curl up with him and say,

[00:12:32] [SPEAKER_00]: thank you, Father.

[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for protecting me.

[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for providing for me and thank you that you love me.

[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, humble yourself under the mighty hand of God

[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_00]: that he might exalt you in due time,

[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_00]: casting all your care upon him for he cares for you.

[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_00]: That's 1 Peter 5, 6 and 7.

[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_00]: So if we will humble ourselves, lay down our own thoughts,

[00:13:04] [SPEAKER_00]: our own reasoning and stop thinking more highly of ourselves

[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_00]: than we ought to.

[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_00]: And we honor God, humbling ourselves under his mighty hand

[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_00]: so that he may exalt us in due time at the appropriate time,

[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_00]: not too early, not too late.

[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_00]: He knows the perfect timing.

[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Casting all your care upon him for he cares for you.

[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_00]: 1 Peter 5, 6, 7.

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just such a blessing to know

[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_00]: the world is trying to despair, get us to despair,

[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_00]: get us to be discouraged,

[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_00]: but no weapon formed against us shall prosper.

[00:13:49] [SPEAKER_00]: And God is faithful who promised and he said,

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_00]: it'll always provide a way of escape.

[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_00]: There won't be more than we can bear.

[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And we need to let the peace of God guard our hearts

[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_00]: and guide us into all truth.

[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_00]: We need to shift our thinking from worldly thinking,

[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_00]: worldly reasoning, demonic thoughts,

[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_00]: demonic cares of this world to God thoughts,

[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_00]: God's provision, God's faithfulness and God's hope.

[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Remember God's faithfulness to you.

[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_00]: He said, he will never leave you or forsake you.

[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Has he not said that if he said it, he will accomplish it?

[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_00]: He is faithful who promised and it's impossible for God to lie.

[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_00]: He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.

[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_00]: So let's just honor the Lord tonight.

[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's thank him for this first meeting of this home fellowship.

[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank him we're not going to despise small beginnings.

[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_00]: We may be small, just a few in number, a handful,

[00:15:05] [SPEAKER_00]: but that's all it takes.

[00:15:07] [SPEAKER_00]: That's what it took to shake the upper room.

[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_00]: We're in unity and one accord.

[00:15:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And as we go into personal ministry,

[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_00]: we bless everyone that's watching this video in the future,
