[00:00:38] Well, this is Don Gossett here again today with Bold Bible Living

[00:00:43] and sharing with you about breakthrough through miracles.

[00:00:48] Now a key to praying breakthrough prayers

[00:00:52] is understanding the authority of the name of Jesus.

[00:00:56] John 14-13, the Master said,

[00:00:59] And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name,

[00:01:02] That will I do that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

[00:01:07] And in the 14th verse he said,

[00:01:09] If ye ask anything in my name, I will do it.

[00:01:13] Then in John 15-16 he said,

[00:01:16] Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you,

[00:01:19] And I have ordained ye that ye should go forth and bring fruit,

[00:01:22] That your fruit shall remain that whatsoever,

[00:01:26] Ye shall ask the Father in my name, He will give it to you.

[00:01:30] And then the Lord Jesus said these words in 16-23-24.

[00:01:36] He said, Hitherto ye have asked nothing in my name,

[00:01:39] Asking ye shall receive that your joy may be full.

[00:01:44] Well I have discovered to my own delight this wonderful joy of the name of Jesus.

[00:01:51] I have a quotation here that I got from a book by Joyce Meyer.

[00:01:57] She said, I recommend that you read often a good book about the power of the name of Jesus.

[00:02:05] Well that's a good commendation and I hold in my hand right here today

[00:02:10] a book that to me is the finest I know about on the name of Jesus.

[00:02:16] The title of it is,

[00:02:19] There's the Wonderful Name of Jesus, written by Dr. E. W. Kenyon.

[00:02:24] Now on the back of this book I just want to share this quotation.

[00:02:28] It says, This book is a thrilling exposition of the power and authority vested in the name of Jesus

[00:02:35] and the believer's right to use that name.

[00:02:38] This book has changed the prayer life of multitudes.

[00:04:45] Bible says that Bible boldness it means confidence, courage, fearlessness and the

[00:04:51] daring to do God's will. So let's read it again like this when they saw the confidence of Peter and

[00:04:58] John they took knowledge that had been with Jesus and then read it again when they saw the courage

[00:05:05] of Peter and John they took knowledge that had been with Jesus and then let's read it again

[00:05:10] when they saw the fearlessness of Peter and John they took knowledge of them they had

[00:05:15] been with Jesus and when they saw their daring faith of Peter and John they knew it was because

[00:05:22] they had been with Jesus. Well praise God this is Bible living, bold Bible living.

[00:05:29] Now Peter and John were not ignorant men it says here in 316 and when they saw the boldness of

[00:05:35] Peter and John and took knowledge that they were ignorant men let me just clarify this

[00:05:41] they were not ignorant men as we think of ignorant men today they were perhaps not the cultural

[00:05:48] intellectual standard of that day they were not educated perhaps in the schools of learning

[00:05:54] and they had primarily two keys they'd been filled with the Holy Spirit and they had been

[00:06:01] with Jesus and they weren't able to speak his name. So there's just no substitute beloved friend

[00:06:07] for the privilege of speaking Jesus' name for a breakthrough miracle prayer. I trust you'll embrace

[00:06:15] this and begin to pray breakthrough miracle prayers for your family for your health for your

[00:06:21] finances and I believe God will grant you some wonderful blessing now I'm glad that I have the

[00:06:28] privilege of sharing this truth about the blessing of the Lord that makes rich and has no sorrow.

[00:06:35] Now I am grateful enough that I know that this name of Jesus is the name God has bestowed upon us

[00:06:43] and I rejoice in that for it says they saw the boldness of Peter and John well I know Jesus makes

[00:06:50] us bold not cold and he gives us confidence courage fearlessness endearing to do the Lord's

[00:06:56] will so if you want real boldness today they'll enable you to glorify Christ enable you to

[00:07:03] win souls to pray for the sacred results to cast out demons and to be useful to God to pray

[00:07:09] breakthrough miracle prayers then this kind of truth comes from God's word it's fully a Jesus

[00:07:17] like characteristic there's nothing high-minded about it it's not offensive it permeates

[00:07:22] from the very presence of the master it's a product of a close rich fellowship with him

[00:07:28] so when Christians gather together and lift up their voices with one accord they pray in Jesus' name

[00:07:36] so this is what I want to appeal to you today to know that there are many things that stand unmet

[00:07:42] because you do not employ breakthrough miracle prayers I mean when I say breakthrough that

[00:07:49] means there's going to be a change there's going to be an undertaking and I thank God for

[00:07:55] this wonderful truth now let me emphasize again the boldness that we must be characterizing our

[00:08:02] lives that I call it holy boldness Jesus like boldness and I dare this to dare you to make

[00:08:09] this your daily prayer as it did in Acts 4 29 through 31 and now Lord behold their threatenings

[00:08:17] and grandolise the servants with all boldness they may speak your word by stretching forth

[00:08:22] your hand to heal and the signs and wonders may be done in Jesus' name and then it reads the place

[00:08:29] where they were assembled was shaken listen God may have to shake up your heart your little heart

[00:08:36] that you somehow you just are not bold for Christ he wants to shake not so much your home or even

[00:08:43] your body but he wants to shake you inwardly in the very temple of the Holy Spirit God wants

[00:08:50] shake you from the complexes that dwell in your life he wants to shake you to rid you of your

[00:08:57] infurity complex he wants to shake your life from being bound by fear, cowardice and timidity

[00:09:05] he wants to shake you from a reluctance through the Lord's working hear me God wants to shake

[00:09:11] you and he will if you yield to him he can so much in his behalf do mighty working

[00:09:18] so it says they were filled with the Holy Ghost they began to speak the word of boldness and the

[00:09:24] place where they were assembled together was shaken and they begin to speak the word of God with boldness

[00:09:30] so I daily and I challenge you to do the same ask God for an importation of this holy boldness

[00:09:38] and to shake you from everything that hinders your walk with God this will enable you to

[00:09:44] overcome your carnality your selfishness your pride your fears that then you can be used by God

[00:09:51] to pray bold prayers I mean breakthrough miracle prayers that's the theme of our teaching these

[00:09:58] days so let this be a working of your life the bible says in John 726 that Jesus said they said

[00:10:07] lo I am with you and Jesus wants to be with you today now if you read the fourth chapter of acts

[00:10:14] now this is my appeal to you please read the entire fourth chapter of acts and let the many

[00:10:21] truths of it clearly speak to your heart as it did to those Christians long ago you see those men

[00:10:28] and women in the book of acts were the original Jesus folks they were the men and women whose

[00:10:34] lives have been transformed by the grace of God and what they did is an example for us today

[00:10:40] I've said this many times but here let me repeat it if we live as they lived pray as they prayed

[00:10:47] do as they did be filled with the Holy Spirit as they were filled speak the name of Jesus that

[00:10:54] they did be bold and fearless as they were then we can have what they had and what did they have

[00:11:00] they had God's best they were able to win souls they reached the whole generation for the Lord

[00:11:07] and so acts chapter 4 are truths that are emphasized to your life and mine as an example

[00:11:14] of what God wants us to do a breakthrough miracle prayers that's my appeal to you today that

[00:11:22] you might rise up to your rights in Christ now I'm going to lead you in the prayer in a

[00:11:27] moment but listen you have the same access to the Father thy or anyone else has I want to give

[00:11:34] you this word of the Lord that you can receive his truth now God has only one family and you and I

[00:11:42] by his grace are a part of God's family and thank God we have the privilege of knowing the reality

[00:11:48] of this that the Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God

[00:11:55] and in 1st John 5 11 and this is the record that God has given to us eternal life and this life is

[00:12:03] in his son he that has the son has life and he that has not the son has not life these things

[00:12:10] that are written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God that you may know you have

[00:12:15] eternal life praise God if you're grateful for the gift of eternal life which you have join

[00:12:21] me as we praise our wonderful Lord together praise you Lord oh praise you Lord praise you Lord praise

[00:12:32] praise you Lord Praise you Lord Praise you Lord Praise you Lord Praise you crazy
