Every person is called by God to
REPENT
(Stop And Turn Away)
From Their SINS
AND
BELIEVE Upon JESUS CHRIST.
Many people today do not believe that
they are sinners, and they see no need
to follow a Savior, who paid the death
penalty, to redeem them from all sins.
The Holy Bible is clear:
The wages of sin is death!
"For the wages of sin is death;
but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 6:23.
1. You must admit (confess)
your sins before God.
2. You must be sorry and
remorseful for your sins,
and truly repent of all sin.
3. You must forsake all sin
(to stop sinning), and with
Christ's help, abandon sin.
*See Proverbs 28:13 & Isaiah 55:7*
You must turn away from all sin,
and turn to Christ for Salvation.
True Salvation is Deliverance from Sin.
Christ came and delivered you from both the penalty and the power of sin.
You are to believe, and abide in Christ.
You must "...repent and turn to God,
and do works meet for repentance."
Acts 26:20.
"...repent ye, and believe the gospel."
Mark 1:15.
"And many other signs truly did Jesus in the
presence of his disciples, which are not
written in this book: But these are written,
that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ,
the Son of God; and that believing ye might
have life through his name." John 20:30-31.
